Designation: Software Quality Assurance
Job Description
Perform embedded software test-related
tasks such as writing test plans, developing test procedures, running tests,
writing test reports, creating problem reports and managing requirement
traceability.

Develop test scripts and
test software, supporting unit tests, integration test and regression tests
Develop tools to facilitate
the analysis of embedded software test results.
Work with functional teams
to understand the requirement of audio / video /system firmware and software
verification
Desired Profile
|
Bachelor's degree in computer science,
computer engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent field with two or
more years of software / embedded system testing experience.
|
|
Experience in test case automation
practices
|
|
Knowledge of Software coding language C
and scripting language PERL is a must
|
|
Highly motivated and passionate about
multimedia software & embedded system testing
|
|
Software development experience with
embedded systems is a plus
|
|
Familiarity C++ and Java is a plus
|
|
Knowledge of defect tracking &
reporting system/tools is a plus
|
