• Pro-actively monitor, analyse ‘IT4Business’ of E2E
processes to ensure business continuity.
• Align, coordinate with stakeholders to secture
service performance
• Provide proactive identification of the issues so
that there is a % reduction in incidents, reactive ticket resolution and
business impact
• Collaborate with other analysts, OCC E2E leads,
other stakeholders to perform analytics and drive improvements
IT4Business’ Service improvements and Business
Process simplifications
• Apply technical / domain knowledge in a broader
context
• Simplification of the processes and the landscape.
• More efficient and effective IT4Business for
assigned portfolio

• Deliver and maintain performance KPI’s of assigned
E2E services

• Adhere to IT4Business / OCC way of working,

5 years of relevant business and IT experience in
global matrix organizations in service delivery, operations, process
improvements, issue resolutions
*Understanding of how ‘IT4Business’ domain can drive
IT value creation towards business.
* Profound technical and functional knowledge in own
area. Deep knowledge of one sector. Prefer to have cross-sector understanding.
* Good understanding of applicable business
processes in own expertise area. Basic understanding and interrelationship of
other domains.
*Apply IT and functional knowledge to translate E2E
services into ‘IT4Business’ service delivery.
*Experience of recognized process, quality and
process improvement frameworks, such as ISO 20000, ITIL, Six sigma, COBIT, Lean
*Basic
experience in project management to plan, execute and drive improvement
initiatives
*Drive and execution skills (customer focus, results,
teaming skills)
*Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
