Description:

Assists in providing technical support for one or many product(s) and/or product family in Intel modem technology family. Be part of the team working on IA based Android Smartphone product development. As a system testing engineer you need to apply your technical knowledge across vast domains. Responsibility includes integration test support for connectivity, telephony and modem technologies, hands-on troubleshooting and automated test cases development. In addition, occasional verification of external releases and external collaboration on test process is required. It required strong debugging skills and a spirit of trouble shooting, wide domain knowledge across the whole mobile system. Manage test requirements, organize test plan reviews, generate required test reports and provide test execution/support to customer.

Qualifications

Skills/Experience 2~3 years of experience in designing, testing and debugging Android smartphone
Software development, build & release experience is a plus Complete Product test cycle experience
Familiar with SW configuration and revision control system.
Automation test design and development knowledge is a plus Strong interest and background in Linux / Android software system is desired
Knowledge in GSM/GPRS/WCDMA mobile communication systems specifications is a plus.
Knowledge in phone product testing, design test scenarios and perform acceptance testing.
Familiar with wireless communication test instruments is a plus.

Good communication skills. Fluent verbal and written English.
Domestic travel is required.
