Description:-
For IAG decision support tools, the scope of this position includes performing problem definition, solution path finding, solution development and supporting solution production implementation. You need to play multiple roles in the team. During the problem definition phase, you need to understand/analyze the business problem, and to propose one or more business solutions. During prototype/production application development phase, you need to interact with Software Architect/Designer/Programmers. You need to help map the business solution to possible software solutions; to help design both the user interface and the back end database. All of our applications are built on top of an Object Oriented Application Framework (developed in house). Thorough understanding of object oriented methodology is a plus to appropriately interact with the software team working in this framework.

Qualifications:-
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:-
Must be pursuing a MS or PhD　degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Electrical Engineering Nice to have 2 years of hands on .Net development experience, and needs to demonstrate the ability to develop n-tiered application using C#.Net / ADO.Net / SQL Server. Experience with software components (such as Infragistics, GoDiagram, Microsoft Office InterOp, OWC, Intel Data Access Object) is a plus. Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Technology is highly desirable. Experience with Java, XML, Computer Graphics is helpful. Candidates will be expected to have an undergarduate degree in Computer Science or a closely related field. Those holding on working on an advanced CS degree will be preferred.
