Job Description:-
Software Engineers conduct or participate in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with design, layout and/or hardware engineers in the design, development, and utilization of productivity enhancement layout tools and design rule checkers, electronic data processing systems software. Determines computer user needs, advises hardware designers on machine characteristics that affect software systems such as storage capacity, processing speed, and input/output requirements, designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education, judgment and formal software process.

The candidate will be working as a Software Development Engineer in a product development scrum team. Primary responsibilities include creating applications, test applications, and tools for a SW storage applications product. The environment that the candidate will be using may include an Android platform, a Windows platform, and/or an iOS platform tool and application development. Candidate will also be responsible for developing test applications, tools, and infrastructure, debugging failures, and working with Application engineers to develop test plans and methodologies for various SW storage products.


Minimum Qualifications:-
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through your educational level research and/or relevant job/internship experiences.

Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline
Studied and Interned in C++, C#, or Java
Experience with Windows and/or iOS development environments
De, pmonstrated strong problem solving skills and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Requirements:-
Experience working with Linux or Android development environment
Experience in SW Test or SW Integration environment
Experience with Android/iOS app development
Experience with Android Internals, SDK, and NDK
Experience in software product life cycles and standard validation approaches
Knowledge of Operating System internals such as file systems or device drivers
Experience with validation of software applications including User Interfaces
Experience with Code Coverage analysis tools
Knowledge of cloud storage setup and interfaces
