Qualifications
You currently should be in your second year of Engineering degree in Industrial and Management or Information system or in first year pursuing an MBA/MSc with orientation to information systems. Ability to work at least 25 hours weekly.

Basic qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and excellent written and spoken English
Fast learning skills
Strong analytical capabilities
Process analysis and improvement capabilities, proactive problem solving
Ability to work in a global environment and interface with multilevel, multinational and multifunctional groups
Good team player as well as independent
Good technical skills, knowledge of SQL and MS Office

Preferred skills and knowledge:
SharePoint knowledge - significant advantage
HR systems background
Previous relevant work experience
Project management skills and knowledge

Description
In this position, you will be a member of an HR global team, supporting Intel's Staffing and Learning & Development information systems and business processes.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1. Ownership of systems including analyzing and troubleshooting, testing & maintenance
2. Designing new processes and improving existing processes while efficiency and effectiveness are the key drivers.
3. Interfacing with clients, HR, technical groups and others. Developing strong relationships with multiple customers and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify value drivers.
4. Taking part in projects including: planning and executing project tasks through all steps of project life cycle: requirement gathering, development, training, implementation and maintenance of HR information systems.
The Studentship is limited in time. Location is Haifa
