Qualifications
20+ years of Silicon Design and Development experience or equivalent of which at least 10 years in the leadership capacity;
Demonstrated leadership in selecting, building, developing and retaining strong problem solving and innovating teams in multiple capacity
Proven track record of leading silicon, post silicon development teams and taking to successful product launches
Experience working with various design IP development, understanding industry standard CAD/VLSI tools is required.
Deep understanding of silicon design challenges on low power and high performance SOC

Job Description:
Senior Manager with solid back ground in developing and managing IP Development for several differentiating Analog IP Subsystem solutions. Responsibilities include determining the IP specifications, and milestone based schedule by working with the product teams, business units, and driving the IP execution thru the vertical IP development team. The team compromises of Vertical end-to-end skill set from Architecture, RTL/Validation, Circuit design, Validation, Structural design, Mask Design and Post Silicon/Electrical Validation disciplines. You are responsible for planning team's priorities and enhancing the skill set of the team while delivering solutions to the SoC/Product teams. In this Job, the Manager plans, provides resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost. Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms and behaviors. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues. Plans and schedules daily tasks'' uses judgment on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.
