1. Leading project teams to
deliver end to end project assignments successfully
Managing resources and project
KPIs
People management
Scope management
Client relationship management
2. Proposal and Bid Management:
Respond to RFI / RFP / Opportunities and facilitate the sales process,
resulting in successful leads & winning proposals.
This will include
Overall Bid management along with
account executive
Working with teams for solution
designing. Working collaboratively with solution architects and technical
consultants for preparing appropriate response to RFP documents
Coordination of deal &
solution reviews for go/no-go decisions
Leading the estimation and
pricing on bids
Adherence to the review and other
internal processes
Providing inputs for preparation
of winning sales plans and proposals
3. Proposal presentation and
participation in Orals
4. Building lasting Client relationships
resulting in add-on sales
5. Strong solution content on Oracle modules
