Job Description:
The applicant will monitor and maintain the hardware and
infrastructure services for the INDIA site, maintain license files and
processes, maintain load balancing services with the server cluster, and work
on CAD or CADHW projects relating to hardware or other EDA tool support
relating to design.
Desired Profile
1. Heading a team of Junior Functional Consultants to carry out the
complete Implementation of the ERP Application from start to end for new
clients
2. Responsible for doing Detailed Gap Analysis, Process Mapping /
Process Fitment across clients on Implementation
3. Validating & Analyzing New Requirements/Change Requests from
the client and analyzing the same for technical feasibility
4. Identifying key requirements from the client which adds value to
the software & the business
5. Coordination with the Technical/Development on the client
requirements prioritized based on criticality
6. Preparation of Implementation charter / Timelines, Efforts &
Commercials during & post Implementation
7. Guiding the team to troubleshoot real time errors in the
application at the backend to provide minimum response time to the client
8. Training end users on the Application
9. Maintaining a register of daily activities of the team done w.r.t
the application
10. Preparing and sending dynamic MIS / Dynamic reports to the
management (client) from the ERP Application
11. Suggesting the clients on new features/process, alternatives,
enhancing business opportunities through ERP
12. Conducting weekly/monthly review meetings for status updates with
the CEO/MD (client)
13. Internal Reporting Manager: Direct reporting to Delivery Manager /
