working at strategy level with business leaders for framing right level of
communications

Job Description:
Responsible
to plan and communicate the organization's key priorities and achievements
through a variety of story-telling mechanisms like newsletter articles, social
media/blogs, videos and other creative ways.
The
topics/areas will include workplace, role modeling of organization culture,
behaviors, innovation, employee programs, and engineering.
The
role will involve interacting with multiple stakeholders including leaders from
HR, Business Groups & Operations to plan and execute on these comms
programs.
Working
closely with Senior Leaders in developing employee communication messaging for
major announcements.
Providing
strategic counsel, and act as a trusted advisor regarding employee
communication activities.
