Job Description:
Candidate
is required to play two key roles: In project context and as Connectivity
sub-system architect.
Connectivity
sub-system architect: Responsible for setting the technical direction in the
area Connectivity sub-system. This includes the Drivers for the connectivity
hardware blocks (UART, MIPI HSI, and USB etc.) as well as associated protocols.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, requirements assessment, feasibility
studies, internal architecture specification, design reviews and validation
plan support. Ensures platform and its components have the best performance and
power balance. Interacts with multiple technologists in the company as well as
between developers and project managers to evaluate feasibility of requirements
and determine priorities for development.
Project
context: Fulfil the role of Architect Lead role in given project. In this role,
the candidate is expected to support the product architect, support development
of overarching system engineer plan by review, delivers the related
specification, support evaluation of change requests in case of wider system or
portfolio impact.
