Responsibilities:
Responsible
for development, maintenance, and implementation of a project module through a
team
Demonstrates
expertise in applicable technologies, products, and tools
Demonstrate
the ability to apply domain concepts into the solution and product area
Demonstrates
good understanding of the product and its architecture
Ensures
the solution built satisfies business and technical requirements
Assures
execution of unit tests are performed
Manages
technical issues, coding, and configuration to ensure delivery of module and
project
Proactively
identifies defects and ensures that they are resolved
Contributes
to project management including release planning, delivery, monitoring
progress, and reporting
Leads
project team in the development towards product release
Formulates
tactical plans for development and ensures timely execution of project modules
Reviews
requirements and scenarios
Identifies
risks and defines mitigation plans and communicates the same in a timely manner
Ensures
supporting project documentation is in order and submitted timely
Assesses
project performance and communicates lessons learned to increase institutional
knowledge
Provides
guidance to support in responding to technical issues
Ensures
development processes and RASSUI quality standards are adhered
Provides
guidance, feedback, coaching, and developmental experiences to the team
Provides
feedback to team on career path and guides them in continuous development and
learning
Responsible
for conducting appraisals, feedback, and handling work allocations for direct reports
Java,
J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, C#, .Net, SQL
Experience
in working on a Warehouse product is a plus
Excellent
communication skills written and verbal

be able to lead a team
