is looking for a Dynamics CRM Developer with hands on Dynamics CRM experience
and strong application development background in Microsoft .Net. In this
position, the individual will design, develop, modify, debug and evaluate
programs for functional areas, including but not limited to OEM sales, retail
sales, finance and manufacturing. They will analyze existing programs or
formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares
flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. The individual will
also recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
Desire Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in computer science
or equivalent with at least 6 years of Information Technology experience with
strong application development background in Microsoft C#/.Net and at least 3
years of hands on experience developing solution in CRM 2011 platform. The
individual will have experience in configuring and managing Dynamics CRM
including but not limited to basic workflow development (UI), form
configuration, form customization, JavaScript and CRM 2011 advanced development
including but not limited to plug-in development (.NET), AJAX development, and
advanced workflow development (WWF). The individual will also have strong
programming experience in .NET and related Microsoft frameworks is a must. The
individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving,
dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have
demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to work as a
team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to
troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
