The Analog Mixed Signal
(AMS) PTE lead will be responsible for:
Starting, training and leading an Analog & Mixed signal PTE team.
Establish the h/w & s/w test capability for new designs for high
performance mixed-signal products.
Displaying technical innovation in test development work on new
products ensuring success in a fast-growing markets.
Planning, tracking, and expediting new products from concept stage
through release
Simulating design using co-simulations and other tools as appropriate
to prove test methodologies and identify bugs prior to tape-out.
Preparing and documenting test plans including Design For Test (DFT)
to achieve world-class fault coverage at an aggressive full factory cost.
Identifying functional and performance limitations of silicon to root
cause.
Preparing and documenting Test Characterization reports.
Working closely with offshore product test engineering to enable
manufacturing release of robust, multi-site, high-performance, low-cost, final
test solutions.
Developing and releasing to production multi-site probe solutions as
appropriate
Basic Qualifications
(Minimum Qualifications)
BSEE degree with 12+ years of experience in Analog & Mixed Signal
Test Development
Technical leadership and mentoring skills
Detailed understanding of analog and digital electronics
Good analytical & troubleshooting skills
Well-versed in ATE s/w program development
Experienced in ATE mixed-signal h/w design & layout
Additional Qualifications (Qualifications that are desired, but not
required)
Self-motivated, high in initiative
Strong interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills
Multi-site test development experience
Working knowledge of Teradyne Catalyst or Teradyne Flex (IG-XL, VBT
based) ATE systems
Working knowledge of co-simulation and ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern
Generation)
Experienced in characterization statistical data analysis
Experienced in releasing test programs to off-shore production
facilities
