Job Description
Areas of Responsibility
Sample Management
Sample Loading and monitoring
Liaising with Global Sample Mgr / Marketing / CLM on parts
availability and shipment.
Report and register on any Sample RMA
PCN/PD Management
Notify Customer on affected PCN / PD / Info Note
Maintain PCN Online system
Follow up with customer on PCN sample request and PCN approval status
Pricing & Quotation Activities
Quote Creation and follow up on quotes expiry.
Creating Price Projection in system.
Coordinate with various depts. on new VPA and then handover to Pricing
Office for uploading.
Ensure OED perform pricing mass update correctly.
Credit Note/Debit Note generation (CN/DN)
Check on pricing for any payments discrepancy
Create CN/DN and follow-up with OED on approval.
Create CN/DN for RMA parts bound for Backend locations, mostly due to
logistic issues
Customers Enquiries
Follow-up and work with Sales on Customers ad-hoc enquiries.
Other Sales Related Activities
Check and work on any incomplete orders (order does not have pricing
capture)
Raising FAR Form and ensure confirmation letter sent out by Quality.
Liaise with the central group in Germany on RoHs, Green Parts,
environment issues and compliance requirement.
Request for new customer creation in CMD, Export control check-Damax-E
control.
Working / feedback with internal depts. on any system implementation /
improvements / alignment on any issues affecting customers
Maintain internal reports and filling.
Manage equipment loan to customers
Team assistant to the SMD organization
Education: B.Com/BBA or any equivalent graduate degree
Experience: 2-3 years of Industry experience
Specific or Entrepreneurial Knowledge
Preferably should have worked in a similar role at some other
organization
Must be willing & capable of handling team assistant
responsibilities
Compensation: INR 1,00,000 -
4,25,000 P.A
