Job Description
This role
involves Marketing programs support for DB2 and PureData product offerings
including creation of demand generation assets, web content and driving IBM
marketing communications with the GTM team. Some of the major activities
include: Create marketing collateral, offers & web materials Define lead
generation programs and drive marketing activities to increase sales pipeline
Launch planning with product offering team Identify new references and deliver
specific marketing communications Prepare / assist with special DB2 projects as
needed BA or BE required; MBA strongly preferred, 5+ years experience in sales/
marketing or IT Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Effective interpersonal skills for dealing with others at all levels within the
IBM organization, prospects and customers Effective interpersonal skills for
dealing with others at all levels within the IBM organization, prospects and
customers Ability to understand software technology such as Microsoft Excel,
PowerPoint and a willingness to learn other IBM systems as needed Ability to
manage multiple tasks and delivering results on schedule Orientation to
