Job Description
Software Engineers conduct or
participate in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with design, layout
and/or hardware engineers in the design, development, and utilization of
productivity enhancement layout tools and design rule checkers, electronic data
processing systems software. Determines computer user needs, advises hardware
designers on machine characteristics that affect software systems such as storage
capacity, processing speed, and input/output requirements, designs and develops
compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Responds to
customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to
problems utilizing formal education, judgement and formal software process.

for Product bring up, based on Intel Solutions from BT perspective.
Bug Fixes & Enhancement with
respect to Integration & Development of Intel BT Solution (BT Stack &
FW) with Customer Projects.
To be able to effectively drive
issues towards closure in BT Area.
Mandatory Technical Expertise/
Skills:
Sound knowledge of Bluetooth
Protocol & Profiles (upto 4.0) (for e.g. CSR BT Stack).
Good view of BT Firmware
Interface.
Debugging Skills with Lauterbach
& ETMs. Types of logs required for debugging BT issues.
Proficiency in C & Data Structure.
Exposure to ARM7/9/Cortex based
mobile platforms
Clear-case Hands-on.
Preferred Technical
Expertise/Skills:
Android Technology
Virtualization Technology for
running Android on a single core (e.g. Red Band)
System Debugging Skills
CSR combo Stack (BT & WIFI)
Experience Required
6-8 years of relevant experience
Education
BE/B Tech/or Masters in
Engineering
