Job Description
Develops, implements, and maintains computer-based systems to meet business requirements. Application Developers analyze, design, construct, train, and implement application systems. Activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups. Other responsibilities may include providing standards/guidelines for development, responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Recent College Graduate - BW Support Analyst -

Candidate must be interested in application support role and is committed to provide excellent user support.
Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify and implement appropriate solution.

Ability to quickly understand business requirements and data models

Ability to collaborate with business and technical co-workers

Provide support for ETL cycles running on SAP BW and Teradata EDW

Monitor SP BW and EDW L1 and L2 cycles

Partner with US/Vendor Teams

Periodic Reports out to all key Stakeholders

Collaborate with other areas of support (infrastructure, source systems, etc.) to resolve high impact events in a timely manner.

Keep manager informed on important developments and/or potential escalations.

Manage incident/tasks while communicating with their owners regarding resolution.

Must be willing to participate in weekend on-call rotations.
