Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for the QA of the back end flows in the
Foundry Design Custom kit for 14nm process. This will involve layout drawing,
running physical verification flows(LVS/DRC), DFM and reliability flows and
filing all the problems in the issues database for investigation/resolution by
functional teams.
Desired Profile
B Tech / MS in Electronics / Electrical / Computer engineering and 1-2
years of relevant layout design experience. Expertise in using custom layout
and routing tools virtuoso/custom designer/CSR is required. Good experience of
layout methodology. Experience in Custom design flows / tools. Real project
experience and hands on experience in using the custom layout flows required.
Experience in industry standard custom layout floorplanner, device placer and
constraint driven layout flow will be plus. Layout design or layout automation
in 28nm and below will be plus. Strong interpersonal skills and good verbal /
written communication skills are required.
