Role and Responsibility
Education & Experience: Graduate with 2-3
Years, L2 support with excellent communication skill.
Certification (If any): MCSE/MCSA, CCNA, and
ITIL
Should have troubleshooting experience for MS
Office, Windows OS, Internet explorer, Outlook, Active Directory, Basic
Networking knowledge, and VPN.
Should have good understanding of Ticketing
Systems and Remote connect tools, PC Hardware Environment, and Printers.
Should be able to listen to a caller explain
the incident, determine the probable cause, and logically take the caller
through a step-by-step problem determination procedure, using telephone support
Should be willing to work in Night Shifts
Talks to and works with end-users to research
and resolve their IT issues
Triage problem, determine the urgency and
decide how to react, prioritize, and escalate as necessary
Handle client escalations and ensure process
adherence
responsible for managing daily service desk
operations and the representatives.
Demonstrated Experience
1. Good knowledge on ITIL and service desk
functions
2. Good communication and handle escalations
Notice Period: Should not be more than a
month
