Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities
Perform tasks that include web development and maintenance

Gather requirements, development, and execution of projects

Desired Profile
Experience, Knowledge and Skills

 4-6 years of professional experience in developing and maintenance of enterprise software

Good experience on C++, Win32, OOPS, COM, WTL

Basic understanding of Web technologies (IIS , .NET (ASP.NET))

Accurate estimation of timescales for their work

A strong working knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol stack

Deep internal knowledge of all aspects of the Windows OS: system calls, exported and non-exported APIs, documented and undocumented internal structures.

Experience in methodologies of Windows driver debugging. Solid user mode debugging skills

Experience in working with kernel level development tools, debuggers, Win DBG

Ability to analyze a Windows crash dump is critical

Excellent problem solving skills

Can made decisions without always asking others what has to be done

Great communication skills, verbal and written

Creativity, responsibility, experience in world-class code development.
Java experience and debugging a plus

Experience working with remote teams

Should be a self starter

Flexible to work on any technology as per project demands

Good customer interfacing experience

Knowledge of Unix based environments is a plus

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
