Job Description
Understanding of android stack and working directly with the android source code and customizing it for infotainment use cases. Knowledge of JNI and java is a must. Android GUI experience developing apps/widgets and working with XML UI layouts is a big plus.

Hands on and strong understanding of Android application framework architecture. Enhancing it for automotive use cases.

Fluent in Java and C/C++. 5 or more years of industry experience of using the above languages.

Experience developing with the Android JNI, Android NDK, and SDK. Able to build and do basic debugging of Android OS images

Experience working with a tool-chain that includes Git, Repo, and Gerrit

Evaluate and Design for use cases adhering to automotive infotainment requirements.

Setting up the test frameworks and contribute to quality plans and process enhancements.

Resolve complex technical issues.

Close cooperation with other leaders and projects managers

Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience

CPU: ARM, TI.

OS: Linux / Android. Proficiency in real time multi-threaded software design and development

Programming Language: Strong in JAVA, C & C++

Tools: Development and Debugging using Host Target tool chains for embedded platforms
Doman Skills (good to have): Good knowledge of Android systems
Team player, communicative, fluently spoken and written English

Experience in Automotive infotainment domain

Positive attitude towards work (Dynamic)

Good English skills (writing, documenting, conversation)
