1. Technical knowledge on Data and Voice
technologies and workstation services. (LAN, WAN, Telephony, OS etc.)
2. Relationship building skills with
customers and stakeholder management.
3. Project Management skills
4. Commercials budgeting, tracking expenses,
cost reduction process, escalation management, pro-active issue handling,
understanding of SLA/OLA etc
5. ITIL Process knowledge.
Good
to Have:
1. Knowledge about application operations.
2. People management skills.
3. Exposure to quality standards like BS7799
4. Promoting and supporting the
industrialization initiatives across accounts.
