Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for customer
enabling of platform software components for Android Tablet Platforms.
Will work with Internal stakeholders/
Architects/ Engineering Teams and customers to identify engineering solutions
in the area of display subsystem, driver customizations and media technologies
that fit the customer needs and then drive the solution to closure.
Drives the Prioritization of customer issues
and represent the team in various forums.
Desired Profile
Qualifications: You should be an
M.Tech/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication or Computer Science, with
minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
Additional qualifications include:
Experience in Android display subsystem,
MIPI/eDP panel integration, HDMI and associated framework and drivers.
Experience in multimedia usecases like video record, image capture on Android
platform will be added advantage.
Good understanding of Linux internals, Linux
memory management, driver framework, OS fundamentals.
Strong fundamentals of processor
Architecture, Operating System, Software development process, C* and/or C++*
Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with
Linux* device driver development/debug or development in Linux* kernel
environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
Decision making and problem solving skills
Ability to create and present technical
collaterals
Passion to work with customers (OEMs)
Knowledge of Intel Graphics would be an added
advantage
Recent experience on tablets/smartphone based
Windows*/Linux* application/device driver development will be an advantage
