Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition Leader for India has overall responsibility for
attracting and hiring talent for India across all business functions for
Allscripts a leader in Healthcare IT.
2. Provide overall direction and management for full-cycle recruiting
strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning staffing best practices,
systems, and methodology
3. Assist and advise hiring managers on all significant staffing,
sourcing, and recruiting initiatives
4. Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships
over a long period of time including passive candidate pools
5. Collaborate closely with global HR teams in delivering specific
recruiting campaigns
6. Develop recruiting goals, performance indicators and obsess about
measuring the effectiveness of the function
7. Handle external advertising, applicant tracking, new employee
orientation, employee referral programs, and management training on effective
hiring
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends
9. Provide support and motivation to the Talent Acquisition team
10. Own, manage, and improve recruiting tools such as training
interventions, diagnostic tools and other resources
11. Select, appoint, and manage third party vendors; manage supplier
relationships; and ensure vendor performance metrics are appropriate and
monitored
12. Take responsibility for the results of all staffing objectives
within the company by reducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire and increasing
quality of hire.

Desired Profile
Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in Management, Human Resources or related field
12+ year’s human resource or related business experience with
experience in Talent Acquisition
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building
partnerships at all levels within an organization
Have strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
Have demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects
