Job Description
An HRIS Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation,
maintenance and distribution of human resource information systems (HRIS)
associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility , audit, update and
usage of employee information for management, Finance, corporate IT systems,
employees, Outsourced vendors and the Human Resources Department.
Desired Profile
Maintains internal database files, tables, views
and input scripts develop custom reports and requirements for system interfaces
to meet the requirements of Human Resources data users. Works with Human
Resources, Information Technology and management personnel to refine business
processes and evaluates HRIS software and hardware needs and may define new or
modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Works with payroll and other
agencies to coordinate retrieval, interface auditing and reporting functions.
