Job Description
Responsible for developing multiple aspects of graphics software,
display driver development and simulation environment development. Works with
various partners to enhance and improve graphics performance on upcoming
processor graphics devices by analyzing performance issues in software drivers
and applications, implementing software performance improvements, and
recommending future hardware & software improvements. Also responsible for
providing internal and external feedback to implement upcoming graphics
features in yet-to-be-released OSes to ensure our hardware and software will
function and perform as expected on next generation platforms as well as
designing /developing / implementing
graphics system-level software for future platforms.
In this position, you will be working with a team responsible for
developing the 3D Graphics Driver for Intel GPUs. You will implement features
for the user-mode portion of the driver; enabling current/new Intel Graphics
hardware compliant with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Direct X
(Direct3D) Graphics API. You will also debug problems between the hardware, driver,
OS, and games to ensure maximum performance and reliability. You will be
expected to apply advanced principles, theories and concepts, to innovate and
solve problems, and communicate ideas and information with all stake holders.
Must be a team player and able to work and communicate effectively with members
of the team.
Desired Profile
Qualifications:- Strong
programming skills in C and C++, algorithms and data structures required.
Minimum 5 years of Work experience in 3D Graphics Driver development
using Direct 3D 10+ or Open GL required.
Experience with User Mode Driver a plus.
Experience with debugging user- and kernel- mode problems using
Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio, WinDBG, etc.) a plus.
Education: Candidate should possess a B.E or Master's Degree in
Computer Science or Computer Engineering
