Job Description
Required skills: good understanding as well as hands on experience on
Risk Management Application( Impairment Process Asset Accounting). Knowledge on
Credit Management No of years of experience 5 to 7 of which at least 2 years
should be as a Business Analyst in Financial Services. The ideal candidate
should have worked with an IT company in BFSI vertical or someone who has
experience working in IT division of a bank in the above domain areas. Should
have experience in end-to-end functional project management including
Requirement Gathering Functional Design Impact Assessment Business Analysis
Project delivery Functional Testing and User Documentation. Should Understand
the necessity of project standards and apply them consistently develop internal
and external objectives by prioritizing multiple tasks effectively Ability to
anticipate client needs before they arise and presents solutions to project
management that encompasses issues at hand. Follows through with commitments
and fosters mutual trust with fellow Innovators. Assumes additional
responsibility without being asked. Ability to broaden and deepen knowledge
base and proficiencies on a time to time basis. Share acquired skills with team
members through formal and informal channels.
Desired Skills and Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in
working with cross functional teams / cross location teams. Knowledge in SQL
Agile Process like SCRUM will be an added advantage European Banking experience
will be an added advantage.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis - Studying and Analyzing Business Processes of
the bank and its subsystems.
2. Requirement Gathering from project committees, stakeholders and
business representatives
3. Act as an interface between business units, technology teams and
support teams.
4. Interact with clients to understand the business requirement of
project/ enhancements
5. Coordinate with clients for change requests
6. Conducting feasibility study of the requirement and propose/verify
solution with effort estimates to client
7. Prepare functional specification documents and functional test
plans/cases. Create flowcharts if required, Develop/propose User Interface (UI)
8. Perform functional testing, support User acceptance testing and
Pre-production testing
Educational Qualification: Masters of Business administration in
Finance or equivalent. B Tech/B.E/ MCA or equivalent degree with relevant
experience.
Notice Period Should be 30 - 60 Days.
