Job Description
Utilize and support repeatable project processes and standard work
products and tools.
Analyze & document client current and future state processes using
process flow diagrams, process assessments, and other requirements capture
tools
Ensure work flow and operational processes are effective and efficient
for future operations
Identify and escalate HR or performance issues with the trainers to
Transition Manager
Ensure all transition deliverables are complete, thorough and of high
quality
Assist in training Operations Staff and coordinating knowledge
transfer activities
Analyze and Document Facilities, Application, Mailroom, and Workflow
requirements
Prepare test cases and scripts for User Acceptance testing
Proactively identify and escalate issues and risks to the Transition
Manager
Accurately track project tasks and deliverable status
Desired Profile
Has experience executing transition activities for a single functional
area or tower within Finance and Accounting in a BPO industry.
Experience in achieving transition knowledge transfer objectives.
Has experience in future state process flows, identifying change
controls, risks, compliance concerns, and contractual or legal requirements
while operationally efficient solutions and delivery capabilities.
Specific experience in F&A Business Process reengineering is
preferred.
Proven ability in process mapping and redesign
International client management exposure is required.
Willing to work on shift schedule
