Job Description
Position Overview: Replicon is looking for customer-focused
Implementation Specialists with a strong background in implementing business
applications. You will work closely with Replicon's Customer Success Team to
ensure Replicon's customers are configured as per their business requirements.
An ideal candidate is a person who is good at configuring software
applications, can handle multiple implementations/configurations at one time,
and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
Replicon's implementation team is enthusiastic and result-oriented.
The team consists of people with a positive attitude, who believe in getting
things done.
Responsibilities: Understanding
the Business Requirements document given by the Customer Success Team and
configure Replicon's solution to meet customer needs
Manage the completion of small, medium and large size implementation
projects within the time allotted for each project
Manage all configuration communications externally and internally
Maintain a current and thorough understanding of Replicon's product
functionality
Desired Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software
industry
3+ years of implementation experience with any business software,
HR/Payroll applications, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.
Strong written and verbal business communication skills
Working knowledge of web-based / Cloud-based (SaaS) applications would
be considered an asset
Customer management experience would be considered an asset
Must be willing to work in North American business timings
