Job Description
Purpose of the position
This group's primary function is to implement
manage the AutoSys infrastructure including planning & development of
technologies. Provide ongoing technical support as well as set standards,
design, and plan for the use of the services.
Responsibilities & duties
Provide level 3 troubleshooting for job
scheduling-related issues and complex AutoSys infrastructure issues
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
Perform system maintenance and administration on
infrastructure software (AutoSys, EEM and WCC) including installing,
configuring and starting / stopping of services.
Create EEM policies and WCC user views
Create and maintain documentation for complex
projects
Work with software vendors to resolve issues
Prepare, document and implement moderate to
complex system changes
Gather requirements, develop and implement
technology solutions
Interact with business partners to resolve issues
of narrow scope or clarify existing business requirements.
3+ years AutoSys administration experience
Knowledge of UNIX and Windows Operating Systems to
include how software interacts with those
Operating Systems
Hands-on experience working with Oracle database, SQL,
Unix shell scripting (PERL)
Experience with SQL queries
Work experience & skills: Essential Autosys
Desirable: EEM/WCC
Hours/ Shift timings: Rotational Shifts
