1.Bill Checking and
Bill Passing, Bills Verification, Journal Vouchers, Ledger, Trial Balance,
Accounts Closing, Cash and Bank Transactions, Intra Company Debit / Credit
Notes in SAP ERP system.
2. To process
Travel, Car, Employee Claims, Purchase Order / Non Purchase Order based bills
in SAP
3. Maintenance of
books of accounts & finalization of accounts
4. Periodically
conduct ledger scrutiny, accounts reconciliation, AR, AP and key project
payable areas
5. Expense analysis
and budgeting for expenses
6. Compliance of
Sales tax & IT obligations
7. Co-ordination
& finalisation with internal & external auditors for audit and
completion
8. Budgeting and
MIS
9. Handling all
banking activities & bank reconciliation
10 .Cost control,
Inventory Control
11. Working experience in SAP / ERP environment
