product
Good communication and Analytical

End to end ownership for issues
handling.
Customer handling (Internal and
External).
Open to work in 24x7 environment.
Handle escalations from across
APAC
Knowledge transfer to peers.
At least 5-7 years experience of
providing technical post-sales support service to clients, preferably gained
from within the Telecommunications/IT marketplace.
Administration and maintenance of
Enterprise level Application will be an added advantage.
Microsoft Certification in SQL
programming is desirable.
Sound hands on knowledge of WFM
concepts like scheduling, performance management.
Experience in
installing/supporting WFM products preferable Verint I360 suite.
Good knowledge of Network
operation System Windows 2003 and Win 2008(Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
Working knowledge on Citrix
XenApp, and VMware ESX
Excellent knowledge of IT
security issues (firewall, Microsoft Group Policies, IIS lockdown, SSL, KMS)
Sound Knowledge on Web Servers (
IIS, Web logic, Apache Tomcat)
Excellent Knowledge in
communication - network structure (LAN, WAN) protocols (TCP-IP) and
communication equipment functionality (hubs, switching hubs, routers)
Sound Knowledge in databases (SQL
server 2005/2008) and SQL Queries. Should be able to understand and code meduim
to complex SQL queries.
Experience in log analysis,
preferably with enterprise level application servers like Weblogic.
Knowledge in hardware -- Servers
H/W modules, RAIDs.
Knowledge of Telephone Systems,
CTI(Cisco/Avaya/Nortel), VOIP and Call Centers would be an advantage

skills.
