Also we educate and help people with different forms of educational content, so that they can use our software efficiently and can perform simple troubleshooting tasks by themselves. These forms of content vary from blog posts, to step-by-step guides & also include copy for product description.
The SEO Content Writer will work with the digital marketing team to manage, plan, innovate and analyze content.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer with copy editing experience who has passion for writing, a knack for researching new ideas, and a desire to constantly evolve. Ultimately, you will ensure our web content is on brand and adds value to existing and potential customers.
The position is solely Bangalore based.

Responsibilities 

Generate content ideas and themes with the in-house creative and strategy teams

Write and edit articles, posts, infographics, etc.

Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person. 

Conduct keyword and SEO research to understand customers needs.

Track and analyze content performance, and suggest solutions

Create content calendars and execute plan for the same for the month

Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics

Review and update published content as needed

Desirable Skills 

Excellent Researching and Conceptualization Skill

Eye for Grammar, Clarity, Accuracy and Creative writing

Must have excellent command over Proof Reading and web content writing

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as cross-functional teams

Can manage editorial schedules and work within deadlines 

Experience and Education Required 

Any Bachelors degree (bachelors in English, Journalism or related communication field is a plus)

0-1 years of experience with proven records in content creation 

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS language and web publishing

Knowledge of Content Management Systems, like WordPress

Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools (e.g. Moz and Google Keyword Planner)
