office in D-233 Sector 63, Noida
Job Description: Customer Support Executives
Job Profile:
Responsible for handling the issues from the customer
Take inbound based voice calls
Resolve the issues and provide trouble ticket to the
customer
Make entries in CRM regarding the issue and the resolution offered.
Update the CRM on a daily basis.
Escalate or transfer the call to Level 2 (L2) handling in
case of further assistance is required for closing the issues.
Job Location: Noida
Qualification: Graduate/undergraduate
Experience: 0-1 year in any industry preferably Call Center
Working Time: Routine Shift (24*7)
Pay scale will be Rs 8000-Rs 9000 per/Month

Walkin Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
