Job Description

- 6 - 9 years of automation experience using QTP / Selenium

- Experience in Selenium Automation testing

- Experience of automating test cases in Agile Environment

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Strong hands on experience in leading test automation projects

- Strong in designing  framework using automation tools like QTP / Selenium

- Extensive experience in estimation of automation effort

- Good knowledge of OOPS concepts

- Hands-on experience in writing, trouble-shooting and executing test scripts

- Evaluate existing test automation framework. Identify improvement areas. Lead initiatives to implement the identified improvements

- Utilizes his or her experience to help determine the impact to other functions, to anticipate obstacles that may occur in integration/regression testing

- Experience of Continuous Integration with Hudson, Cruise Control etc for unattended execution of the scripts

- Provide technical leadership to the test automation team

- Provide test automation status to QA manager on timely manner

- Working in a global environment (onsite offshore model)

- Preferred Having Performance Testing experience with Load Runner

- Preferred Having experience as a Java developer

- Preferred Having experience on writing excel macros for test data files

- Candidate's are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization

- Position is based in Hyderabad
