Job
Description: Initially responsible for engaging with customers understanding
and communicating their business needs and requirements. The responsibilities
will grow over time as experience and confidence builds covering a wide range
of responsibilities.
Performs
account management responsibilities for existing customers and generates new
customers via phone and internet engagement with qualified leads.
Develops
relationship on various levels with customers in order to understand the
business environment, identify decision makers, determine customer needs, and
explain product/service alternatives.
Recommends
the most suitable products/service, identifies necessary internal &
external partners (fellow traveller's, resellers, distributors) and support
resources, develops solution/design proposal, and overcomes customer
objections.
Guides
customer through the design phase to engage with technical resources and to
obtain samples and documentation.
Provides
service to existing customers to ensure satisfaction via internal contact with
sales or external contacts with partners.
Knows about
the special needs and know how to cover customers remotely via Telephone, mail
and chat using 360 degree account management skills.
May visit
customers occasionally. Refers customers to appropriate reseller or distributor
to complete the product purchase.
Qualifications
- BA or BSc
degree BSc - Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Good
understanding of communicating in a virtual, online environment
- Strong customer
engagement and account management skills as well as database and internet
skills. Articulate & influential in verbal phone conversations
- Languages;
Written and spoken fluency in English and German plus any other European
languages
