Job Description:

Establish EHS Policy and Objectives.

Prepare and update EHS Manual and procedures at par with legal and other requirement meeting the national/international standards.

Monitor the performance of Cluster and Site EHS staff.

Report the Top Management on the performance and improvement needed.

Identify the Training Needs, Impart training to staff.

Plan, Organize and carry out EHS Audit.

Analyze and monitor evaluation of legal compliance at Organization level.

Standardize PPE & Safety Devices conforming to legal & other requirements.

Improve the Risk Assessment, Work Procedures.

Analyze incident trends and facilitate necessary Corrective & Preventive actions.

Collate and share the EHS statistics.
