3 - 8 years of experience in supporting a 24x7 production trading environment
(L1/L2/L3)
Advanced
SQL Query writing experience in gathering information from SQL Server, Sybase,
and Oracle databases.
2+
years of experience with Windows and Linux/UNIX administration and scripting
Ability
to demonstrate strong analytical skills.
Knowledge
of tiketing tools and creation and updation of change controls and problem
tickets.
Define,
document and implement processes and procedures for supporting production
environment.
Ensure
all nightly production batch trails are completed on time based on SLA
commitments; Recommend changes to assure SLAs are being met.
Analyze
performance trends and recommend process improvements.
Assure
quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas.
Work
with developers and application owners to implement the change & document
it.
Position
will work closely with our internal business partners and other technology
teams.
Proven
oral and written communication skills; business presentation skills.
Good
to have Skills
Degree
in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated
success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational
lines
Capital
Market or Risk systems knowledge
Summary
Experience
in supporting a 24x7 production trading environment (L1/L2/L3) is essential.
Advanced
SQL Query writing experience in gathering information from SQL Server, Sybase,
