Job Description
CCB personnel handling the following roles of the CCB job:
(1) In charge of planning assigning issues for analysis/fix (any
incoming issue, either defect or enhancement (\"Work Package\"")
Desired Profile
(1) Without undue delay.
(2) Assigns UTPs/Issues to the UMTS Access Stratum development team of
a project for analysis or resolution and tracks progress and timely response.
(3) Plans the SW release contents in alignment with the project and
liaises with project team (e.g. system verification or customer support team)
in order to drive issue resolution according to project/customer expectations.
(4) Monitor the response times and indicate without undue delay
significant deviations from what is outlined in section \""Software
Issue Rating and Response Times [for information]\""."
