Desired profile
Manage
and maintain processes, procedures, SLAs, programs and technical workflows
associated with BMCs sales enablement platform.
Knowledge
to conduct research into other sales enablement platforms to help ensure that
BMC has best practice solutions for sales enablement.
Review
and maintain Sales Edge (SAVO) across its web-based, App Exchange,
salesforce.com, mobile, and Partner-based platforms.
Act
as a primary participant of the cross-functional Sales Edge (SAVO) sales
enablement Governance and Change Authorization Board to maintain a consistent
strategy and standards for the platform.
Work
in partnership with content operations to define and implement standards for
content, web user experience, permissions, content libraries and site structure.
Document
processes and procedures acting as the primary power user to cross-train and
support marketing team members on the best-practices use of the system.
Manage
responses to sales enablement platform users service ticket requests,
interfacing with vendor to ensure timely responses.
Manage
and maintain processes for user group management
Manage
assigned deliverable timelines while thoroughly understanding of connected
systems, end-to-end processes, cross-functional touch points and business
implications.
Periodically
reviews compliance, usage, adoption and content inventory summarizing the
current status of platform/usage and content inventory statistics.
Partner
with internal marketing team or Marketing Reporting/Analytics team to summarize
and distribute regular reports on key metrics to executive management.
Run
ad hoc reports as requested by business units and marketing organization.
Develop
and deliver training materials and sessions as necessary in support of assigned
projects and business initiatives.
Develop,
partner and maintain strong working relationships with key business
stakeholders in marketing and other cross-functional teams.
4 - 5
years of relevant B2B marketing operations
Understanding
of enterprise-level content management processes
Hands-on
experience with Sales Enablement systems a plus (e.g., for administrating,
creating, maintaining and updating web-based and/or SAAS products/applications,
mobile and salesforce.com platforms).
High
level system knowledge and experience with salesforce.com and other SAAS
applications
HTML
knowledge a plus
Exceptional
MS Office skills, Excel (Complex Formulas, Pivot Tables & Charts), Word,
PowerPoint
Outstanding
organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
while meeting deadlines
Proven
ability to communicate and build long term relationships with a diverse set of
cross-functional business partners at all levels
Analytical
skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources,
and reconcile conflicts.
Sales
Enablement System Administration (BMC currently uses SAVO for sales enablement)
Proven
experience with SAVO or similar industry top sales enablement software
Thorough
understanding of enterprise-level content management processes
Ability
to work with cross-functional teams who publish and consume data marketing
programs
Support
special projects led by Head of India Marketing & Marketing Analytics
Director
Ability
to manage multiple tasks efficiently and productively in a fast-paced, highly
matrixed team-oriented environment.
