Java Lead is an
experienced hands-on and dynamic leader responsible for overall application
development and product delivery of next generation web based application. The
IT Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, staffing, and
program management of the development through all phases of SDLC from
specification to release.
The qualified
candidate will be leading a team that design and develop a large-scale
Web-based platform built using Java / JavaEE technologies. The ideal candidate will have both technical
and team leadership experience in an Agile development environment. He/she
should have developed complex, Web-based, client-facing and enterprise scale
application solutions using Java/JavaEE and Spring framework and other related
open source technologies. Strong expertise in JAVA is required. We are seeking
a highly motivated individual who has successfully built new products through
teams and has built best practice processes in other organizations.
