Work Experience: 5 – 10 Years (Experience in Auto-mobile Sector Mandatory)

Salary: Range starts from Rs 400,000 to Rs 800,000 per annum

Educational Qualification: graduate - B. Com, M. Com  or MBA - Any Specialization from reputed business school

Desired profile
Dealer Capability for "Organized Exchange Program":

Study & Verify RV Price dynamics in the market (self / competition) and give timely feedback for correction on IBB and IBB Truck

Ensure Dealer Manpower training & Capability enhancement (linked to eMile) 

Monitor Dealer Business Profitability (using ECO Sheet) and provide necessary feedback to
Channel Partners about improvement scope        

Build an awareness about "Certification & Warranty" across Channel and Market with prominent Branding  

To build awareness on the "Xmart MFCW" Personal & OCE Business Model and its value add-ons       
Support AO / Dealer Sales team to enhance new vehicle Retail through Exchange      

Resale Value Management: Monitor and Protect M&M Brand Resale Value (with specific focus on Financier REPOSSESSED vehicles)       

To develop culture across Channel for "BUY / REFURBISH / CERTIFY / SELL" model of Business

Coordinate with Financiers / Dealer level for liquidating M&M REPOSSESSED stocks (Personal & Commercial) using "Personal & OCE platform"    

Will circulate M&M REPO stocks (of financiers) to Xmart MFCW activated dealers on monthly basis (with cc to MFCW AM , AO RSM / Dy RSM / ASM)       

Will personally visit Financier stockyards along with CFT (Dealer Xmart Champion, MFCW AM, RSM / Dy RSM / ASM , S1T Champion) for vehicle selection. Will coordinate for smooth REPO stock transfer (from Financier stockyard to Dealer workshop within 48 hours of selection by dealer)

Will monitor the process of IFTA utilization , Refurbishment , Certification / Warranty , Refinance (dealer / vehicle number level) - for an end to end vehicle throughput within 25 days    

Will monitor the Dealer / vehicle serial number specific MIS on (Dealer Buying price, Refurbish cost, Warranty utilization , Paper work / Regn cost , Selling Price). This will help on monitoring Reduction in Financier Disposal loss, Dealer Profitability, RV enhancement (market specific).   

Reach & Market Activation:
Expand Xmart MFCW "OCE" coverage across Channel (including MADBs)

Aggressive Buyer Seller Melas to promote "OCE" business

As a process will ensure 1 Buyer Seller Mela (3 days format) across Xmart MFCW activated dealers (frequency: 1 per quarter)         

Drive the initiative of "Workshops as Promoters - WAPs" for Personal Exchange Business      
Promote SurakshaFirst certified & warranty vehicle sale to eCommerce & Captive customer

Will jointly plan with RCSM / Dy RSM for aggressive connects with eCommerce vendors - to cater to their low budget vehicle requirements

Influencer Management: Develop Market ECOSYSTEM for Brand Resale Value Management    
Broker Management, Tie-Ups and establish a seamless CONNECT. Further nurture small and aspiring brokers         

Mapping the eDiig & local Brokers with activated dealers

Ensure Dealer / Broker specific monthly contact calendar , with branded table space item gifts - clubbed with slab wise incentive programs linked to SurakshaFirst certified sale /
Resale Value increase

Refurbishment program support for Brokers on M&M Brands through our activated dealers / DTT network 

Relationship building at regional NAKAs / MLO stands with opinion leaders (incentive linked programs for certified vehicle penetration in stands)

Develop Connect programs for DTTs & local garages
Initiate regional / market specific "Incentive / Referral schemes" for Brokers / Key Opinion leaders for RV Management and Exchange Business        

Tie-Up with Financiers for "Refinance and Trade Advance"
Regular meeting and coordination with Financiers for special Refinance schemes for
Refurbished & Certified vehicles    

Coordination with Financiers for TA on the Dealers' Refurbished vehicle stock 

Exploring other local financiers , Grameen Banks for funding / display of repossessed vehicles        

Establish a system to get timely / periodic signals from Financiers on NPA and execute actions       

Business - Policy & Process (Implementation & Monitoring):
Engage & build Synergy at (M&M and MFCW) AO team / dealers of respective Zone for
Implementing exchange Process & Policies across Channel        

Monitor Dealer exchange claim settlement process & compliances for the respective region in coordination with AO team

Conduct competition mapping / market intelligence in the respective region and provide feedback to HO team
